How To Return or Exchange an Item to Us:

Returns are easy with us! You may return/exchange any item within 90 days from purchase, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling). We do NOT send any return labels. It's the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipment to be sent back to us. When you wish to exchange to another size or color, the exchange shipment will be sent free of charge to you. Refunds will be sent by check or credited back to the credit card used when the order was placed. Normal handling time for returns is within 10 business days.

If you wish to make a return/exchange, please use the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any return that is sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted. Do not send any returns to our company address or to the address that it's shipped from without first getting detailed instructions from us, including the return address to be used. Once you have submitted the form, we will email you back with complete information within 1 to 2 business days. We try to respond as fast as possible!

SOME BRAS ARE NOT AS SMALL AS THEY LOOK!

Some of our bras might seem too small, so please try it on before returning it (we will take it back if it doesn't fit). Often, our customers are pleasantly surprised that the fit is perfect — all thanks to a special yarn technology we use for some bras.
