180-Day Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We therefore give you 180 days to decide if you want to keep the items or return them. Wear them, wash them, and repeat. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, we really want you to return the item/items back to us.

How To Return or Exchange an Item to Us:

Returns are easy with us! You may return/exchange any item within 180 days from purchase, for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling). We do NOT send any return labels. It's the customer's responsibility to pay for the shipment to be sent back to us. When you wish to exchange to another size or color, the exchange shipment will be sent free of charge to you. Refunds will be sent by check or credited back to the credit card/payment method used when the order was placed. Normal handling time for returns is within 10 business days.

If you wish to make a return/exchange, please use the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any return that is sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted. Do not send any returns to our company address or to the address that it's shipped from without first getting detailed instructions from us, including the return address to be used. Once you have submitted the form, we will email you back with complete information within 1 to 2 business days. We try to respond as fast as possible!

SOME BRAS ARE NOT AS SMALL AS THEY LOOK!

Some of our bras might seem too small when you take them out of the package, but don't let the look fool you. Just try the bra on before returning it (we will take it back if it doesn't fit). Often, our customers are pleasantly surprised that the fit is perfect — all thanks to a special yarn technology we use for some bras. Our stretch bras are made of a VERY elastic material, so when you put them on the bras need to be stretched out quite a bit to get the proper support, fit, and comfort.
